HAMPTON, Ga. (Oct. 10, 2007) - Race fans will be able to "track and treat" at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Saturday, Oct. 27. as part of a Spooktacular schedule of events.

Race fans will get a unique opportunity to walk the fastest track in NASCAR, the 1.5-mile Atlanta Motor Speedway. Fans can enter a costume contest, with an award going to the best driver look alike. Games will also be available with candy to complete the Halloween evening.

The Track Walk is a great way for friends, family and groups to get an insiders view of the fastest, most exciting track in NASCAR. Proceeds from the Track Walk benefit The NASCAR Foundation and the Atlanta Chapter of Speedway Children's Charities, which supports organizations and foundations that provide medical, educational and social services to children in the greater Atlanta area.

Walkers may register online at www.nascar.com/foundation. The Track Walk registration booth will be located across from the Speed Channel Stage at Gate 14 on Speedway property.

For just $30 adults can participate in the walk, while children under 14 years of age can walk for free with a paid adult. All participants receive an event shirt.
